Return & Replacement Policy
At Digital Cloth, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver high-quality ethnic wear that meets your expectations. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and replacement policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a return or exchange.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and invoice intact.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
Please note the following items are not eligible for return or replacement:
- Products purchased during sale, discount, or promotional offers.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper washing, or normal wear and tear.
- Innerwear, accessories, or customized orders.
Important:
Orders purchased under any offer or discount (including coupon-based deals, festive sales, or clearance items) are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.Any customer who had placed an order on monkeymartunblocked.com can cancel the order anytime if he/she wants to cancel, just by contacting us at support@monkeymartunblocked.com
3. How to Request a Return or Replacement
To initiate a return or replacement:
- Email us at support@monkeymartunblocked.com with your order number, a brief description, and photos of the issue (if applicable).
- Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours and guide you through the next steps.
4. Pickup and Reverse Logistics
- If your return is approved, a reverse pickup will be scheduled at your address (subject to courier availability).
- In case reverse pickup is not available, we may request you to self-ship the item and share the receipt for reimbursement.
- The customer has to bear the reverse shipping charges for returns made. Refund will be made using below formula:
Refund amount: Amount customer paid – Reverse shipping charge
5. Refunds
- If approved, a replacement will be sent or a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the item passes quality check.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
